These Terms govern your participation in the Founding 500 campaign (“the campaign”), a pre-launch community-building effort for a future local pickleball platform in Taytay, Angono, Cainta, Antipolo, Binangonan, Pasig City, and surrounding Rizal Province towns. By registering, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to register. You must provide accurate information — a name, a real email address you control, and a real mobile number.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Each email address and mobile number may only be associated with one Founding Player registration; duplicate registrations using the same email or mobile number will be rejected.

Each Founding Player receives a unique referral link. Referral credit is granted only for a genuinely new, distinct registration completed through your link. Self-referrals (referring an account you control, including duplicate accounts under different names) are not credited and may be removed at our discretion. We may adjust, reverse, or withhold referral credit or milestone rewards if we reasonably believe they were obtained through abuse of the system. Referral milestones and any associated benefits are configurable and may change as the campaign evolves; current milestones are shown on your status page.
Founding Player numbers are assigned sequentially, in the order real registrations (excluding internal test/demo data) are completed, and are permanent once assigned — your number will not change or be reassigned to someone else. A lower number reflects only when you registered, not any other measure of standing or priority.
Founding Player status grants free early access to whatever platform we ultimately build, and the intent to give founding players early access and input into its design. It does not guarantee: that any specific feature (finding games, matchmaking, booking courts, Open Play, tournaments, or a “Pickleball Passport” identity across centers) will be built, built on any particular timeline, or built at all; that games or courts will be available in your area; or that the campaign will result in a launched product. This campaign exists specifically to validate whether there is enough real demand to justify building that product.
If we do launch further features (finding games, connecting with players, Open Play, booking courts, or a multi-center Pickleball Passport), your existing Founding Player registration may be used to grant you early or priority access, consistent with our Privacy Notice. We will communicate meaningful changes to how your data is used before enabling any such feature for your account, and will seek fresh consent where required by law.
The Founding 500 name, campaign branding, and website content are owned by the campaign organizers. You retain ownership of the personal information you submit, subject to the rights described in our Privacy Notice for how we use it. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute campaign branding or website content without permission.
The campaign and its website are provided “as is” during this early, pre-launch phase. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, the campaign organizers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, including but not limited to reliance on the platform being built on any particular timeline, or interactions with other players you may connect with through referral or future features.
We may suspend or remove a registration that violates these Terms (including referral abuse or fraudulent information) at our discretion. You may request that your registration and associated data be deleted at any time by contacting us — see our Privacy Notice for how.
We may update these Terms as the campaign evolves, particularly as we move from validation toward an actual product. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and, for material changes affecting your rights, will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players who opted in to marketing communications.
